What started as just a dream for Todd and Carlie in 1997 turned into a reality in 2001 when the High Velocity Super Farm tractor made its debut in Gibbon, NE on the 4th of July. Unfortunately, it only moved inches when the throw out bearing wouldn’t hold together. Todd and his Dad, Leonard wrenched to get it back on the track – and from that moment on, the Davidson family was hooked on pulling a bigger machine in lieu of their beloved Oliver antique tractors. For 25 years the hoods have changed from a White 6125 to the AGCO DT-A series to the DT-B series 4.1 Limited Pro-Stock tractor. From Silver to Orange this tractor has always carried the AGCO Legacy in its sheet metal. Todd and even Carlie took turns in the driver’s seat “back in the day.” Now their children carry on the “Legacy” with their parents cheering them on. Garrett and Kelsie Davidson drive and also work on the tractor to keep it going alongside Todd and Carlie. Special crew member, Craig Schmit also takes his turn in the seat when he can get away from farming. He is the painter behind the beauty of this machine and also is a big help in the shop keeping it on the circuit in the summertime.
